Welcome to Hamyus Hajj and Umrah. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using our website https://hamyus.com/("Site") and our Hajj and Umrah travel services. 1. Services Provided

We offer Hajj and Umrah travel packages, including visa processing, accommodation arrangements, and guided tours. All services are subject to availability and applicable laws.


2. Booking and Payments

  • A completed booking form and deposit payment are required to confirm a reservation.
  • Full payment must be made by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store payment details.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@hamyus.com.
  • Refund eligibility is based on the time of cancellation:
    • More than 60 days before departure: Partial refund (subject to administrative fees).
    • Less than 60 days before departure: No refund available due to supplier commitments.
  • Visa application fees and other non-refundable expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
  • In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions), we will work to offer alternative solutions but cannot guarantee full refunds.

4. Visa Application and Travel Requirements

  • We assist in the visa application process but do not guarantee visa approval.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide accurate information and required documents.
  • Travellers must comply with all entry requirements, including vaccinations and health screenings.
  • As part of the booking and visa application process, travelers must submit a recent passport-sized photo and a clear scanned copy or photo of their passport bio page. Failure to provide these documents may result in delays or cancellation of the application.

5. Travel Itinerary and Changes

  • Travel itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as airline schedule adjustments, government regulations, or weather conditions.
  • We are not responsible for delays, missed flights, or additional costs incurred due to changes beyond our control.

6. Responsibilities of Travellers

  • Travellers must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to adhere to local laws, customs, and religious guidelines.
  • Any misconduct, non-compliance, or violation of regulations may result in removal from the group without refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies).
  • We are not liable for service failures, delays, injuries, losses, or unforeseen circumstances caused by third-party providers.
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected situations such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost luggage.
